The First paragraph should be all about the organization that you want to work for. What job you are applying for and where did you hear about the job? Some facts and opinions to prove you know about them, their products or services.

The Second paragraph should be about you and how you fit into their job description’s primary requirements. It’s up to you to figure out what requirements they think is primary.

The Third paragraph could be about additional ways you fit their other requirements. Or it could be about other additional features you bring to the table.
